No Electricity

Please help urgently, since Friday morning the 8t of Feb. 2013 four of the houses in my area North Riding had no power. Everybody phoned and technicians came out to restore the power. Their power was restored but not all at once. I still have no power My Ref no is 213 565 4930
I can't afford any telephone calls. Holding on for ever.
