No power for 6 weeks

City Power has the service I have ever come across. We have had no power at our business for 6 weeks and we have logged about 10 calls (this is not an exaggeration), but they keep getting closed with no solution in sight!? No one seems to give a rat's a$$.

Firstly, it's a mission to log a call - you end up holding for at least 20 minutes before the call is even answered. When you get through, you log the call and a few days later the call is closed... most times no one even pitches to see what the problem is. What a disgrace!

We get told the problem is due to an illegal connection... WE ARE NOT ILLEGALLY CONNECTED!! How many times do I have to tell you that. The community across the road is stealling electricity - not us.
When we reported the illegal connection (while they were busy with it), we were told by City Power that they were too busy and nothing was done about it. We have always paid for our electricity and we are honest tax payers..WE ARE NOT ELECTRICITY .

At one point Cty Power said they would move the cable to the back of the property to avoid the illegal connections... still waiting

This is my last resort... I really have tried.
