Again we are experiencing NO WATER. I cannot begin to fathom how many times we have had a situation of NO WATER over the past few months. It is unbelievably unnerving trying to get through to the call centre to try and report a fault. I have held on collectively for about 5 hours now in total. Please could you ensure that the water is restored with immediate effect. I am absolutely disgusted in the service levels that are received from an organisation such as City of Joburg Municipality. The repair work that is conducted on the infrastructure is well below standard, resulting in continuous burst pipes and water outages. This is absolutely pathetic, and someone needs to take ownership of the continual inefficient and incompetence of this level of service
