I stopped there to renew my license and was dealt with quite well by security at reception, ushered into the eyetest area where Her Royal Highness was telling everyone where to sit how ti sit etc. She then came out and explained in "English" that before coming into her office you should have your id, passport or drivers licence with you (original). When I entered her office, she asked me for my drivers licence even though I had given her my ID, then proceeded to ask why I dont listen to her before I come into her office because I am wasting her time and time is money as she so eloquently put it - then her cell phone rang and I told her she cannot answer her phone either. To cut a long story short, she carried on and on at which point I told her to hurry up as I had work to go to too. I then went into HRH Junior's office with my papers in a plastic sheet for prints, with my ID and obviosly she had been briefed by her "sissy" down the passage, told me to take out my ID and papers and then proceeded to give me a "teachers lesson" on having to listen to her at her workplace as she knows what she is doing and that I must not "seem" unhappy when they tell me what to do!
