STILL WAITING FOR DUPLICATE CAR PAPERS 3 MONTHS

I've purchased a car which is financed under MFC. It is the old owners of the car who have financed the car through MFC. I went to do change of ownership but unfortunately lost the papers. Long story short I managed to track the old owners through MFC in order to get duplicate papers sent through so I can finally go put the car in my name.
Not only have those papers not arrived but I was told to make a payment of R264 to an MFC account (which I did) but for what I don't know; 2, I sent through the proof of payment TWICE (both via fax and email) nearly 2 days ago and they say they havn't received it. 3, every time I phone through to MFC to find out where my papers are it's a different story and I'm transferred from one department to another.
MY LICENCE IS GOING TO EXPIRE AND THIS CAR STILL ISN'T IN MY NAME AND MY PAPERS ARE IN THE AIR AND I'VE PAID MONEY TO WHO KNOWS WHO FOR WHO KNOWS WHAT AND NOBODY CAN GIVE ME ANY CLARIFICATION!!!
