Waiting almost a year for DRIVERS LICENSE???

Applied for a drivers license renewal in January 2013, we cannot get through on either of the numbers:
011 919 5734
011 919 5700
011 919 5714

We now almost in November 2013,

I would like to know what is going on with my drivers license??

This is ridiculous!!

I have already gone through all the drama, eye tests, finger prints, photos, & I HAVE paid,

Not going to do it all again, and def not going to pay!!!

When am I going to get my license???

Awaiting answers???!!!
