I stay in the MIDVAAL area and was a Happy resident until Friday 18/10/2013. It was always a pleasure to renew your car license / drivers licence, the personal was always helpful and everything went smoothly, I had to go there to do a transfer of a trailer and request a proof of licence, I tried to phone them on the Thursday to find out what the cost will be and if my husband needs to sign etc...
Well, I just could image what to find after trying to get trough the whole day and... NO ANSWER, a man answered the phone but just went on with his conversation and then left the office - I could hear all this!!! NO PLEASE HOLD ON!!! When I arrived and sat with my papers I was told that I had to go to window 6 (Back in another q) The Person@ this window is one big ATTITUDE!!! I had my husbands Id and mine and was there to do the transfer (I was the proxy) - NO WAYS She was just OF AN ARROUGANT PERSON - SO PLEASE IN FUTURE DO NOT SEND ANY PROXY to this lisence department as that ARROGANT will give you a of a mouthfull and will send them home!!! I will definately not recommend this department to no one as the only way to find a job there is with attitude!!!
