No payment reflecting

Last week I made payment into the Cipro account using the reference they provided. To date the money is not reflecting and I am unable to process an application. I have emailed many times and called many times. I was told my query has been escalated and someone would email me by yesterday. That did not happen it is almost impossible to talk to a consultant as calls circulates in their menu system without anyone answering. The menu system message is out of date as well. They are aware of the problem but said they do not intend amending their information message.
