Opening a business account online

Hi,

I opened a business account online and I sent all the documents that were requested. I called FNB several times and I never get assistance and the last lady sent me a declaration form for my address and no one contacted me. On the 9th March I decided to go the nearest branch Rosebank and I was helped by B Jwajwa ad she couldn't process my application because she needed to verify company's certificates with CIPRO and Social development by calling them. I suggested to her if she can't check on either social developments because it does show registered NGO and she told me about FNB procedure which makes it impossible because both CIPRO and social developments don't open on weekend. I asked her to cancel the account since there's no forward with it and she couldn't too because the account is on hold. On the same date I called FNB business for checking my application status and I was assisted by Dimakatso Morobetsi who assured me that Courier will contact me on Monday to make arrangements with me to get the documents. Until today I haven't heard anything from Courier or FNB so if you can't assist me the account its fine, just close it and I will go to another bank.
