I fax a proof of payment on the 2nd of December and I was told it wasn't received although I had the report that my fax was successful and I faxed another one on the 10 of December now I am told that the date of payment is not showing even if I tell them the date they told me to fax it again isn't that the payment should be automatically updated on your system since you the one who gave me that easypay number payment of R450 was made at spar on the 28th of November yet is still not reflecting on your system that should automatically update my account this seems like a rip off I cannot be wasting my money faxing the same thing a million times since im struggling I don't have money to waste on calls and faxes and I cannot pay R450 twice since I cannot afford it please update my account so I can pay you the remaining balance and cancel my account I already cancelled my orde
