Infringement notice no. 02-4099-000886094- - with regards to this notice, I collected this from the post office on the 18th of July 2013. I attempted to pay the fine on the AARTO site as listed under the payment options. I was quite disappointed that I was unable to pay as the website is not actually functioning and contrary to claims cannot actually process a payment.
We then tried to pay at the post office on the 30th of July 2013, only to be told the discounted amount does not apply and therefor they cannot accept my payment. I mailed on the 31st of July to enquiries address only to receive an undeliverable notice. I phoned the helpdesk, only to have a voice message refer me to the website!
Please advise how I am to pay for this.
