It seems just impossible to communicate with Cipro. The call center keeps you on hold for a whole day and e-mails are completely ignored. They only have one office in Pretoria and since I am in Cape Town, I don't even have a place to go to. They also managed to develop the most cumbersome and user unfriendly web site which, in some sections, is not even functioning. Is there anyone in Cipro offices that is prepared to talk to their clients?
