On the 20/09/2013, I made a payment for the amount of R5693.69 which was suppossed to settle my CTM account. The paid that money back to me because they said the reference number was incomplete. I then made another payment on the 30/09/2013 for the same amount in acc no 061234745 and used 6010243100000133742.I made few calls last week to CTM call centre & they told me that the money is still not reflecting into their system. I emailed proof of payments several times already but still no confirmation. I found this very strange becuase last week friday I also settled my Game account and I already received confirmation from them, both stores are using RCS as their financial provider. What makes me more angry is that each and every consultant I speak with ask me to email proof payment regardless of how many times I've sent it already. Ctm confirmed to me that they don't have any control over this because they are financed by RCS.I am now sitting in the middle of nowhere because I dont know who should be assisting me here.
Only if they can confirm to me what happenned to my money because I don't want them to debit my account again this month for something I have settled.
