I placed an order for a 5 pc astrid king size bedcover set more then a week ago. The product totaled R828.92 after redeeming a voucher. I paid the full amount (R829) and this money was reflecting in the Homechoice account on Tuesday the 16 July 2013. To date, my order is reflecting 'awaiting payment confirmation'. I've called the call centre numerous times, each time they mention some or other different story, the most recent, is that suddenly, 2 more redundant orders are showing up on my account on their side. I have not placed these "orders", and nor have I received any confirmatory sms/email for these ghost orders. When I log into my account everything is in order, except for the fact that my order for the Astrid Bedcover is not being processed. Each time, the consultants promise to rectify the "mistakes" and "push"/"process" my order as they even confirm my payment is complete and correct. This has still not happened.
I have emailed them as well, 4 times in the past few days, with no response at all. No updates on the matter.
All I want is for them to process my order, so simple. I paid, they received payment, so please process my order.
