Gautrain
No Service what so eve

I like to express my feelings about the poor service received from you Gautrain buses. My Parents went on holiday and on their return they used your service. They are in their mid seventies and had 3 suitcases so on their arrival at the bus terminal, firstly their is no parking and secondly the bus driver left the bus idling and unattended, I could not see him anywhere, not helping them at all with their luggage. Is this the type of service you provide in " our World Class City ". Don't fool yourselves it is still a banana republic on the way down. This will be posted on "Hello [URL Removed] and overseas for our visitor's to see what service to expect from South Africa.
