Our Vehicle was from the Gautrain Station in Sandton on 26 Feb 2013. As much as discalimer states vehicles parked at owners risk, when required to provide info to insurance Gautrain Security are reluctant to release such information as it targets their parkings as high risk. So, we are encouraged to use a facilty that is supposed to be a 'convenient' mode of transportation, yet expensive, whilst still paying the price of not having them provide us with what we require to compensate for our loss. Think twice before using the Gautrain when parking overnight. Especially regular travellers!
