My car was broken in to at Gautrain Centurion station near the end of last year. Repairs to the car resulted in an insurance excess of R3030. I believe that it is your responsibility to provide a safe and secure environment in which your customers can park their cars for the cost of utilising the Gautrain network. Your website advertises and emphasises Gautrain security [URL Removed] which on this day was breached. I have not had any feedback from your security office after this event occurred showing a complete disinterest in my loss. I demand payment of R3030.00 payment for negligence in security and R12.00 payment for the parking that I was still required to pay on the day in question, even after my car was broken in to.
