Shocking service!

Our application for renewing an ID was handed in AND paid for on 31 January 2013, after numerous attempts and visits to Home Affairs in Edenvale, it was revealed today that the application was still lying in their office< it has not even been submitted to head office yet! They demand your money up front, but the service is absolutely shocking! Never mind that my divorce that was granted in the High Court 3 years ago has STILL not been registered! and your staff get paid for this incompetence? As a government employee myself I find this totally unacceptable, but complaining and re submitting forms over and over and over again is not getting me ANYWHERE, and your department knows this! This is why and false ID's are such a huge attraction! thank goodness fpr honest citizens, else i would SERIOUSLY consider a fake ID! This is ridiculous!
