I went to Home Affairs Edenvale on the 10th of July to apply for a new ID i was issued a temporary id as i needed to wait a maximum time of two months to get my NEW ID Book
I waited and waited for them to contact me as to this date I stiil had no feedback from them
I phoned Home Affairs on the 1st Of October to find out what the status is and they said my application was returned due to wrong finger prints taken according to the person on the phone
I went to Home Affairs Edenvale this morning to sort it out, The actual mistake was not the finger prints they attached the application for my Temporary ID and sent that to Home Affairs Head office for the Application of my ID
The Documents were returned to Edenvale on the 23rd Of July 2013, please explain to me is it that difficult just to phone somebody to state Listen Sir pour Staff were to Incompitent to realise we sent the wrong paperwork please come in to rectify our mistake
I aswell asked them to give me a Temporary Id again but they expect me to Pay for it Again I Don`t Think so Due to their Incompitence I will not pay and I will demand on a Temporary ID free of charge due to their Mistake.
