I would like to compliment the gentleman who has assisted me with my application over the past 3 days (Mon- Wed). This gentleman works at the enquiry desk at the Edenvale Home Affairs office and his name is Rodger.
I first met Rodger on Monday 1st July and he explained the requirements needed with such a positive attitude. Needless to say, I had to return to the Home Affairs Office on 2 more occasions as I needed to ensure I had the correct supporting documents.
I work in Customer service so I know what good customer service looks like... Rodger you are a gem and deserve the employee of the month award!
