I received pathetic service from the GEPF. I placed a complaint in hello peter on May 2nd ("Delay in pension payout for divorce"). Mr Seleka was in constant contact with me since then. Although this complaint is not marked as closed out, I have received outstanding service from Media relations department, Mr Ofentse Seleka. This matter was resolved within a few days, just by being in contact with Mr Seleka!
I would like to thank him for his excellent service, great and caring attitude and for being so efficient!! It's people like you and hello peter that give us hope from the terrible service we have being receiving from the GEPF. I cannot express in words how grateful I am. Thank you for all your assistance.
