Outstanding service and going the extra mile

My mom went on retirement on 31 March 2013. She struggled for a while to receive her pension fund pay out. After numerous frustrating calls to the GEPF call centre, I decided to contact Mr Seleka for intervention. I must say it was such a pleasure to deal with him. He was very understanding and professional at all times. He went the extra mile and in some instances personally submitted documentation to relevant departments on behalf of my mom. He was very patient with us and assured us that all was in order and contantly kept us updated about progress. I am so proud to see that there are individuals like Mr Seleka who are committed to delivering only the best service. The payment was made today and I know that without his involvement it would have dragged on endlesly. On behalf of my mom, I would like to extend our sincere gratitude for all your hard work and kind assistance. Keep up the good work and do the same for others.
