Although I have paid every month, Joburg connectt has now decided that I have not paid and so billed me for R188, 000! I have queried this account for six months and each month there is a different total!! Why cannot there be an office per suburb which can made accountable? It is not possible to resolve queries in this manner. The utter incompetence of this department leaves one totally aghast. I expect my taxes to be put to better use!
