I have received 3 infringement notices at my address but not in my name. The notices do not contain any details on the vehicle or the infringement but only which post office to pick the fines up from. I want to determine whether the fines are mine or not through a phone number printed on the notice. I have been phoning regularly during the working day for a week but have still not been able to speak to someone. Line cuts off or automated voice says the person is not available but mailbox is full. Get off your lazy behinds and pick up the phone!!!
