I have been receiving fines in error from AARTO for the last 2 years. Someone has a duplicate of my number plate and this has been communicated to AARTO last year. I continue to receive the fines but when I phone now AARTO say that all fines are handled by JHB traffic but when I phone them they say that I should phone AARTO. Can people be any more clueless? To not know who to even refer me to resolve this. I am sure I am not the only person.
