Assistance Identifying Traffic fines paid 30/04/13

I have made payment for the following traffic infringement notices and they still appear on Payfines:
1. Notice number: 02-4024-002323431-9. The amount of R250-00 was paid into the City of Johannesburg Account on the 30 April 2013
2.Notice number: 02-4024-003685418-9. The amount of R500-00 was paid into the City of Johannesburg Account on the 30 April 2013. The notice numbers have been used as References on both the fines that were paid. The fees were paid into the City of Johannesburg, Standard Bank Account No: 13000 44.

On the 23 August 2013 I send through an email to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed], [Email Removed] around 04h17 PM- 04h45 requesting assistance in the identification of those fines (fees) and no response has been forthcoming. Can you kindly assist in terms of tracing these and ensuring that they are allocated properly.
