No body cares

I sold my car to an that did not take the car out of my name when he said he would. He then proceeded to get two fines in my name as the car was still in my name. Trying to get these fines out of my name was such a mission as the e-mail address you e-mail your form to just comes back with an error message saying the inbox is too full. No one seems to get any faxes that are sent and the lack of concern by anyone of the staff that you finally get through to (after waiting for as long as 4min for someone to answer the phone) is disgusting. In a normal functioning society something this simple would take a few minutes but AARTO makes it a huge process that takes weeks to sort out and a huge amount of money wasted on their lazy staff who quite frankly couldn't give a if they do their job or not. DISGUSTING
