On the 16/03/2013 I paid and applied for this birth certificate for my grandson as we are going to see our family in the UK, When I phoned the customers care on 0800601190 I was told that Greyville had not captured my application. I went back and Zindle captured it on the 12/04/2013. I then emailed the Department of home affairs on and receive a reply from Andra Roets P A to the DDG gs on the 16th saying that Christiaan Erasmus would help. No reply so asked again was then told that Seipati Mashile would help on the 24/04/2013 I sent another email and was told to liase with this previous guy, all the time cc all these people I then sent another mail on the 25th and was told that both these officials can help. I have a paper trail of all of this and now have been told that Steven Nchabeleng will help but nothing. I am pulling my hair out! They have a cheek to say that the calls are recorded when you ph the customer care! The public needs to be warned and learn from this
