2013-03-15 we applied for my sons Unabridged certificate and our passports. We received the passports few weeks after we applied. I enquired 3 times about the unabridged certificate and each time the lady told me that the certificate is not ready or that the supervisors who have to sign off the certificate doesn't work on Friday after 12 or Saterdays. On 2013-07-25 a friendly guy help us and he said are we sure we applied because he can't find anything on the system - I showed him my receipt. He said unfortunately I have to apply again. A month later I went to Brits branch to hear if the certificate is available, without luck. They told me to phone the customer care which I did twice and repeated my story over and over.3rd time I phoned (2013-09-11) the lady said that the application on the system is for a copy of birth certificate but the application has not been processed. I explained we need the unabridged for our Visum applications for 2013-09-14 that is why I applied in March already. She then asked that I must send them proof of our airline tickets etc - which I did but the email address she gave me is wrong. I have 2 days left to get this certificate before visa app must be in.
