Power is regularly off every 2-3 weeks. We have been without power since 2 am, it is now 4 pm. 3 small kids to bath and feed. Fridge and freezer defrosting, will lose the food. Who will pay for these damages? Do we get a rebate on our bills? I say no to ANY price hike: basic service cannot be delivered at the current rate.
