Can someone please teach metrobus drivers customer relations, especially drivers at the Village/Main depot. Most of them are so bitter that you regret taking a bus all the time, they'll drive by without stopping, when your tag is not working they wont even bother to press clear on the machine like the Roodepoort drivers would do instead they tell you to take the next bus. You report them, there will be a promise that someone will give you feedback and nothing ever happens. Today (12/03/2013) a busdriver (route 46) unloaded at Ghandi square and i tried jumping into the bus, he said he is not loading because the bus was full, but about ten people got off the bus and i was alone.
