I sent an sms as per the instructions for either a FREE back massage OR movie ticket OR meal voucher. I did receive a call last week Wednesday from their telesales department. I was all determined to receive a voucher for CTFM as they were mentioned as being one of the two restaurants - to be utilised for the voucher. Firstly the telesales agent couldn't speak English clearly and needless to say - he said that my voucher would be sent to me via e.mail. Well it is almost a week later and still no voucher??? and I am supposed to go to Blue Waters caf? in Port Elizabeth sometime this week (cant even remember the date as he was so rushed to get off the line!) so now how am I going to be able to use the voucher if it still hasn't been emailed to me?? and why is CTFM listed as one of the restaurants and now they supposedly aren't part of this offer??? Unilever you need to get your act together! I still have another two 'vouchers' which I can sms to utilise - but after this unprofessional fiasco I wont bother!
