Since September, I have been waiting for 'guaranteed gift', and months later nothing. I contacted the call center several times and I am told next week, end of month and recently I was told that details for the prize confirmation will be resent. I have missed out on 2 meal voucher dates as no confirmation has been received. The promotion ends this month and its unfair to miss out due to company not delivering.
Outstanding items is 3 movie vouchers and a meal voucher. This late in the year with the holiday period approaching i am no longer going to be able to use meal voucher if i ever get it. What happens now?
