I have been receiving the Top Gear newsletter for more than a year. Lovely newsletter, but decided to cut down on email clutter. With last months newsletter I wanted to unsubscribe. Nothing on the news letter allowed me to unsubscribe. So on the 14.04.2013 I replied to the newsletter mail and asked how to do this. Also expressed my feelings for not being able to do it automatically.
Two weeks later and with the new newsletter I find a new section that allows me to unsubscribe. Well done! But could someone not have contacted me? No mail / no call - nada. That leaves me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Even an email to just appologise and say 'we'll work on it' would have been nice.
