Today is the 26 March of I havent heard anything feedback or an update from you. I called this morning and I spoke to Grace who also cannot give me an answer. It seems to be an inconvenince for me to subscribe with you guys. I need someone to call me so we can decide a way forward or e-mail me. I cannot keep on following on you guys, if I subcribe with you it is your resposibility to ensure to deliver on what you promised.
I am sick of following up on you as if you doing me a favour for a service I pay for.
