I subscribed in Feb 2013 & was due to receive my first delivery on 24 Feb 2013.
Today 3 weeks later I still have not received one newspaper. I did not sign up to be frustrated by incompetence. All that Customer Care does is pass the message on & the people that should be able to give you an answer, just don't...
24/02 - no delivery
25/02 - spoke to Batseba - will escalate my query & get someone to call... still waiting.
03/03 - no delivery
04/03 - spoke to Lerato - will get supervisor, Grace to call... still waiting
04/03 - spoke to Tembiso - will send message to person that area manager reports to. will get someone to call me back... still waiting
07/03 - spoke to Jeff - put me through to Grace - will investigate & call me back... still waiting
08/03 - spoke to Lerato - will get Grace to call me... still waiting
08/03 - spoke to Joseph - confirmed Strini Govender in charge of my area. Suggested that I wait for Sunday
10/03 - No delivery
10/03 - 07h09 - spoke to JoAnn - will get them to deliver
10/03 - 10h20 - spoke to Florence - promised that paper will be delivered today - there is a bit of a delay in my area... still waiting.
