Some time ago I sms'd the correct answer to a question asked on the station. My name was called out by the DJ and it was noted that they will be contacting me for me to receive my prize.
The next day, I got in contact with the station and was assured that the prize was on it's way by Jadey Bridger.
After some time passed and no further information was given I tried to make contact on various platforms such as Twitter, Facebook and email, just to be blatantly ignored.
Instead of being a loyal listener and uplifting the station's name every chance I got as I used to, I now have nothing but anger for the station.
Appalling!
