In 2010 I received a call from Avusa Media to subscribe to the delivery of the Sunday Times. I never agreed to the subscription and lodged a complaint with the Call Centre Team Leader - Grace - who promised to get back to me in 3 days as well as e-mailing me the call when ageed to it. TILL TODAY I' still waiting and to make matters worse I was on hold for her today (24/10/2013) and only to end up in Reception and spoke to Cynthia who told me she's gone home already. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I DEMAND AN E-MAIL OR A CALL FROM HER BY COB TOMORROW AND A REFUND OF ALL MY SUBSCRIPTIONS TO DATE!!!
