I subscribed to the Sunday times on the 4th of March 2013 through a lady named Nomfusi Xinidlu, the reason why I decided to subscribe she told me that the competition that I joined on the Sunday times i have qualified for the second round which the winner get the Price of going to the emerald casino to the value of -R7K but i don't remember the exact figure. In order for me to qualify I need to be a subscriber, then i joined.
Since joining i never received the paper till I phone in on the 15th of April 2013 and i was helped by the lady named Grace Mazibuko. She was very helpful and convinced me not to cancel my subscription. The following two Sundays which is the 21st and 28th April respectively the paper was delivered. The past two Sundays 5th and 12th of may 2013 i did not receive the paper. Today on the 15th May 2013 i called Grace Mazibuko informing her of my situation unfortunately there's nothing she can do but go ahead with my cancellation.
I am very disappointed with the Sunday times because there's nothing they can do to make sure the paper get delivered.
