I have a one year subscription which started on 1 August 2012 and have not received magazines since October. I recently queried about another subscription then realised I had a one year subscription although magazines have not been delivered since October 24. I have a salon and subscribe to Fairlady, Sarie, You, Huisgenoot, Heat, Cosmo, Elle, Marie Claire and yet I have never had a problem with delivery of any of my magazine.
When I called to check up on this, I dealt with a very rude employer and was told it was my fault for not following up and put the phone down. I do realise it has been 5 months but, like I said I only realised I had the subscription till August when I wanted to renew. After this she told me, because of that she can send me the old magazines or I can get credit for three extra magazines. Is this the manner of which you treat your customers? Instead of an apology and rectifying, you place blame. I do not believe that the magazines were sent despite what I was told as I have not received a single Grazia over this time. Makes no sense.
During this time all of my other magazines were delivered which is why I assumed my subscription had expired.
Please advise.
