I have done a gift early october which suppose to start in Jan 2014. it was done on the phone and on the 25th i called in to cancel the dbit order and paid via EFT and sent a proof of payment. Today, i called to check if everything its order but i was told that the subscription will be late.
i am not happy about this since i subcribe on time and i got a confirmation that it will start in january. Its a gift for heaven's sake and why i should i suffer because of them changing the system.
I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL, i have been a subcriber with them for a very long time.
