I took out 2 subscriptions using My Subs, the one was for Home magazine, the other for Good Housekeeping. When entering my details I clearly inserted a different address for billing and delivery. Much to my surprise the first issues pitched up at the billing address, so I complained and was told the problem had been rectified, only now I have not received the next set of magazines at all and no one responds to my e-mails. This is the worst kind of example of customer service! I have paid for magazines that I am not receiving, so to my mind they have taken my money and did not provide the service I paid for!
