I subscribed to the daily Times and the Sunday Times in October 2012 as a gift for my husband. I chose the option with a gift included, in this case a mens leather wallet. The gift option is more expensive than the standard subscription so it is not a 'free gift'. It is now January and we have been receiving the newspaper regularly, with the odd hiccup, but there has been no gift.
I have phoned and emailed on several occasions and have always been told that my complaint will be forwarded to someone. I phoned about a week ago and was told that my gift was at the courrier (in January - 4 months after I subscribed). I asked to speak to someone in management but was told they were in a meeting. I am now at my wits end and my husband's gift is very overdue.
