I have subscriptions to both Huisgenoot and Hunter / Jagter magazines. The last issue of Huisgenoot I have received was 21 November 2013 and Hunter / Jagter October 2013. On 17 Dec 2013 I sent an email to ask for assistance. On 23 Dec 2013 I received a call from a lady who promised me delivery of the latest issues of my magazines via courier and since I had bought those issues she was going to extent my subscription. On 13 Jan 2014 I emailed AGAIN since I have not received anything as promised. NO RESPONSE. On 17 Jan 2014 I sent a complaint via the My Subs website to which My Subs has replied copying in Huisgenoot's subscription department. Still no response. This is now ridiculous. My Huisgenoot subscription has already been paid for so I guess no one cares if I get the magazine or not. In the meantime the subscription debit order for Hunter / Jagter still goes off monthly. I has now been TWO months with no magazines. Can SOMEONE please sort this out ASAP. If not, I want to cancel my subscriptions and have my money for both the magazines refunded before the end of this week.
