BAD SERVICE FROM MEDIA 24/MY SUBS

It's with regret that such an email has to be written again as we've had problems before with media 24 and my subs regarding subscriptions.

I've renewed a subscription on the 17 December 2013 online via the mysubs website. Received confirmation that order will be processed. A few days ago I was advised that the 'huisgenoot' was still not delivered to the complaint's mother's house as it was a gift for her mother.

I've spoken to Liezel at Media24 this morning which then directed me to phone the mysubs where I've spoken to Samantha. She was quite helpful, but advised me that the subscription was never activated even though the payment has already been deducted from the payers account. Also Samantha advised me there was a mishap due to system switching that the subscription was never activated. A full 12 month subscription but the first copy will only be now delivered to her mother on 27 February 2014 which is totally unacceptable.

Media 24 is the biggest supplier of magazines but yet we've experienced more problems with subscriptions then anything else.

DIE BURGER DELIVERY

A subscription to Die Burger was made as well. Die Burger was not delivered again.
