Lousy service

My subscription expired end of 2012. My Subs could not be bothered to send me a timely reminder to renew subscription on time.
I complained about poor attitude via email. Automated response claims 8 working hours turnaround for reply.
After 2 working days I am still waiting.
[URL Removed] beats you in every respect. I support "South African is lekker", but only if it works.
It's back to overseas suppliers.
