No RESPONSE!! No subscription

After ordering and paying for a year's subscription to a magazine on the 05.12.2012, have not heard one word since. Been onto your website twice and logged a query, no response. have sent e-mails, no response. What is happening. Communication? Service? I see from this forum that My Subs has a very bad track record - do you not learn from your mistakes?
