Failure to refund Cancelled Subscription

On 29/5 DSTV sent reminder BY sms to pay R695.00 (NY SUBSCRIPTION IS R590/MTH) before 01 June. I immediately replied by SMS requesting cancellation with immediate effect. They took off the subs regardless. I approached FNB Rustenburg Branch (MALL). to reverse the payment which they never did. On 30 May sent E-Mail to Mr Alanso quoted ref 132830137 which he gave me telepathically to be used as follow up. No reply. Was then telepathically given Enquiries E-Mail address and Ms. Pooe (Head of Dept.) on 13/6th sent E-Mail to Ms pooe and sent copy of my Query and attached 1st E mail, no reply. Sent 3 complaint's via DSTV website (11/5th: 6/7th 3rd did not make copy) no reply/response. Phoned numerous times- different numbers shifted from pillar to post. Out of desperation I asked for CEO or Gen Mgr number they don't have the number??? On 23/6th Rec'd call from Ms Nsele ADVISING me they will be transferring R1172.50 into my FNB account (she confirmed my bank acc No.within 4/7 working days. On 8/7th (09.13) spoke to Ms Karabo to query why no money she gave me a ref 135468054 to quote after a long story. Same day at 10. Foned Supervisor Ms Nomsa who assured she will sort out and apologise
