The Times consultants called me to subscrip for their Newspaper in September 2012. Newspaper was not delivered as promised until end of October 2012. Then I called them to cancel the subscription and they told me it will be done. On the 14 December 2012 R185.00 was deducted from my account, when I asked them for what they told me it was for the Newspapers that i've never received, January 2013 again another deduction of R82.50 was done into my account. I've called them on several occation for my refund every time they tell me that they will come back to me and they never did. Please assist
