I am absolutely disgusted that 6 months supply of Stuff magazines cannot be delivered.
I have called every month enquiring about my delivery to no avail. No positive results from my repeated emails either. I have had my delivery address changed and still no luck. Today I find out that the delivery address captured on the system is incorrect... I live in Lenasia South and my address on your system is listed as Lenasia. How incompetent can times media be?
I asked for a reference number for this call this morning and I get told there is no reference number... no wonder there is no followup and corrective measures put in place.
How do I know my credits for this non delivery get applied... I never receive any VAT invoices or statements.
How can my two subscriptions from this company be combined into one account... the call center person does not know if this can be done!?
I hope this complaint receives prompt attention and the appropriate response.
